Description

A classic Southern dish featuring sweet peas and pimentos, tossed in a creamy dressing for a delightful, nostalgic flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of diced pimentos (drained)
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sweet peas, pimentos, and onion.
  2. In another bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and stir well.
  4. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
