- 1 cup crushed cookies (like Oreos or Graham crackers)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup melted white chocolate
- Chocolate chips for eyes and buttons
- Colored icing for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by lining a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Crush the cookies in a food processor until crumb-like.
- Combine cookie crumbs and cream cheese in a large bowl until sticky.
- Form two balls for each snowman (20g for larger, 7g for smaller) and stack them.
- Chill the truffles in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave.
- Coat each snowman in melted white chocolate.
- Add decorations with colored icing and freeze for another 5 minutes.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. If the truffles fall apart, ensure the mixture is sticky enough.
