Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, being careful not to overmix.

- Pour 2–3 tbsp of batter onto the griddle, using ring molds if available.

- Prepare fillings like sausage, bacon, and eggs by cooking separately.
- Assemble by layering the bottom muffin, adding protein and toppings, and sealing with the top muffin.
- Press on a warmed griddle if adding cheese to melt before serving.
