Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Blend the mango until smooth, then cook with cornstarch until thickened.
- Combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the pan.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
