- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup provolone cheese, torn
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, cooking until soft and fragrant (5-6 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (7-8 minutes).
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Add softened cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and creamy (2-3 minutes).
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and layer with torn provolone and shredded mozzarella.
- Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly (22-25 minutes). Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Customize with your favorite vegetables or proteins. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a few days.
