An incredibly delicious Lemon Pecorino Crusted Chicken that’s quick, easy, and healthy, perfect for family dinners.

- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Pecorino Cheese, grated
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Lemons, zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream (optional)
- Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine pecorino cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and lemon juice until simmering and slightly thickened.
- Serve the chicken hot with the lemon sauce drizzled on top and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes. You can substitute pecorino cheese with parmesan or other cheeses if desired.
