Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  3. Marinate the chicken: Coat the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until golden brown, 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Prepare the rice: Boil chicken broth, stir in rice, cover, and simmer until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Add final touches: Stir in butter and minced garlic to the rice after cooking.
