Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or flank steak
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce, optional

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and optionally add Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto lettuce leaves and roll them up tightly.
