- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis and pat them dry to remove moisture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the sausage slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Incorporate the heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce thickens.
- Fold in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, simmering until spinach wilts.
- Add the zucchini noodles and sausage back into the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
