Description

A quick and delicious low-carb pizza packed with creamy ranch, chicken, crispy bacon, and cheese, perfect for those following a ketogenic lifestyle.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and par-bake the keto pizza crust for 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread the ranch sauce evenly over the par-baked crust.
  4. Sprinkle cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon over the ranch sauce.
  5. Return to the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  6. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. Let pizza rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing to maintain its structure.
