- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried dill
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and par-bake the keto pizza crust for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the ranch sauce evenly over the par-baked crust.
- Sprinkle cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon over the ranch sauce.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. Let pizza rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing to maintain its structure.
