Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Try reduced-fat for lighter option)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (Substitute with plant-based for vegan)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Opt for gluten-free if needed)
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Green Onions (Essential for flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Gently fold in chopped green onions into the mixture, taking care not to overmix.
  4. Scoop out portions of the mixture, rolling them into 1.5-inch balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.
