Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
