A quick and delicious blend of shrimp, sausage, and broccoli in a sweet honey garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: dice broccoli, slice sausage, and mince garlic (5 minutes).
- Whisk together honey and soy sauce in a small bowl (2 minutes).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat (2 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (1 minute).
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned (5 minutes).
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (3 minutes).
- Add broccoli and cook until tender (5 minutes).
- Pour in the honey-soy sauce mixture and stir to coat (2 minutes).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry while cooking. This dish is also easily customizable with other vegetables.
