Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (like zucchini, carrots, and bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by dicing onions, zucchini, carrots, and bell peppers.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, finely chopped vegetables, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
