Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by dicing onions and mincing garlic.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté until translucent.
