- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Green food coloring
- Red candy hearts for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar, then press into a mini muffin pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually fold in the whipped topping and green food coloring.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the crusts until just full.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly set. Allow cooling.
- Top with a red candy heart.
Notes
