Description

An irresistible and quick dish that combines grilled sourdough bread, ripe avocado, creamy burrata, and a vibrant herby vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • Ripe avocado
  • Burrata cheese
  • Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives)
  • Olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the sourdough bread into ¾-inch thick slices and grill until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped herbs, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the herby vinaigrette.
  4. Slice the ripe avocado into thick pieces.
  5. Top each slice of grilled bread with a generous amount of avocado and a scoop of burrata cheese.
  6. Drizzle the herby vinaigrette over everything and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, consider topping with cherry tomatoes or prosciutto. Use a broiler if a grill isn’t available.
