Ingredients
- Sourdough bread
- Ripe avocado
- Burrata cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Slice the sourdough bread into ¾-inch thick slices and grill until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped herbs, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the herby vinaigrette.
- Slice the ripe avocado into thick pieces.
- Top each slice of grilled bread with a generous amount of avocado and a scoop of burrata cheese.
- Drizzle the herby vinaigrette over everything and serve immediately.
