Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mixed dried fruits
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
