Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Start by dicing the bell peppers and onions into small pieces.
- Sauté the Vegetables: In a skillet over medium heat, add cooking oil and sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Scramble the Eggs: In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and scramble until fully cooked.
