Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and tools.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, and spices until warm. Stir until dissolved.
- Sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm milk mixture, then mix in brewed coffee and vanilla extract.
- Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the coffee mixture.
- Pour the mousse into dome molds, leaving space at the top.
- Refrigerate the molds for 4 hours until set.
- Carefully unmold the domes and top with chocolate glaze or fruits.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut cream instead of heavy cream.
