- 200 grams noodles
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour vegetable broth and soy sauce into the pot and bring to a simmer.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy, cooking until tender.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Add cooked noodles to broth; stir well and season to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
