Description

A quick, easy, and healthy stir-fry that transforms simple ingredients into a crowd-pleasing masterpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef (sliced)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping the broccoli.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add sliced beef in a single layer and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing thoroughly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit the oyster sauce and substitute beef with tofu or tempeh.
