- 2 tbsp butter
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat wings dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in grated Parmesan.
- Toss hot wings in the garlic Parmesan sauce until well coated.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil wings for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Keep warm in a low oven until serving if needed.
