Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in grated Parmesan.
  6. Toss hot wings in the garlic Parmesan sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil wings for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Keep warm in a low oven until serving if needed.
