Description

A creamy and savory chicken dish that combines garlic and Parmesan for an irresistible meal in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Can substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and Parmesan with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
