These addictive Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs feature flaky biscuit dough stuffed with savory ground beef and melted cheese, finished with a heavy glaze of garlic-parsley butter.

- 1 can biscuit dough (Grands! style (8 count))
- 1 lb ground beef (Lean)
- 1/2 onion (Diced)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (For meat)
- 4 oz white cheddar (Cubed block cheese)
- 4 tbsp butter (Melted, for topping)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (Chopped fine)
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (Grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (Minced, for butter)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown beef and onion in a skillet; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten biscuit rounds. Place cheese cube and beef mixture in the center of each.
- Pull edges together and seal tightly. Place on baking sheet seam-side down.
- Mix melted butter, fresh garlic, parsley, and parmesan. Brush half over the raw bombs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Brush with remaining garlic butter immediately before serving.
