Description

These addictive Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs feature flaky biscuit dough stuffed with savory ground beef and melted cheese, finished with a heavy glaze of garlic-parsley butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuit dough (Grands! style (8 count))
  • 1 lb ground beef (Lean)
  • 1/2 onion (Diced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (For meat)
  • 4 oz white cheddar (Cubed block cheese)
  • 4 tbsp butter (Melted, for topping)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (Chopped fine)
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (Grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (Minced, for butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown beef and onion in a skillet; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Flatten biscuit rounds. Place cheese cube and beef mixture in the center of each.
  3. Pull edges together and seal tightly. Place on baking sheet seam-side down.
  4. Mix melted butter, fresh garlic, parsley, and parmesan. Brush half over the raw bombs.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Brush with remaining garlic butter immediately before serving.
