Description

A quick and delicious garlic mushroom bok choy stir-fry that is healthy and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups bok choy, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add chopped bok choy and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Stir well and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

For a touch of crunch, add some cashews or water chestnuts in the stir-fry. Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
