- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snow peas; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
