- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 head of lettuce, separated into leaves
- Chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, carrot, and green onions; cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Pour over chicken mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve in lettuce leaves garnished with peanuts and cilantro.
