- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips
- 9–12 pieces Peanut Butter Cups
- 7 ounces Marshmallow Creme/Fluff
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 11 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually sift in the all-purpose flour and fold in the chocolate chips once no dry flour remains.
- Press two-thirds of the dough into the prepared baking pan, creating a smooth layer.
- Distribute the peanut butter cups over the dough and spoon the marshmallow fluff on top.
- Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the marshmallow fluff and press lightly.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown, then allow to cool for 1 hour.
