- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cranberry jam
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon cranberry jam over it, then pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Optional: top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Make sure to bring dairy ingredients to room temperature before mixing.
