Description

Quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef, vibrant broccoli, and noodles, all coated in a savory ginger sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, and broccoli; cook for 2-3 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce; stir to combine.
  6. Add cooked noodles, tossing everything together until heated through.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute soy sauce with tamari and oyster sauce with hoisin sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
