- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package; drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add ginger, garlic, and broccoli; cook for 2-3 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce; stir to combine.
- Add cooked noodles, tossing everything together until heated through.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute soy sauce with tamari and oyster sauce with hoisin sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
