- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the beef chuck if necessary.
- Dice the potatoes, chop the cabbage, and slice the onion into thin strips.
- Place the beef chuck roast at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Layer the diced potatoes, chopped cabbage, and sliced onion on top.
- In a bowl, combine the beef broth, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Pour the broth mixture over the layered ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover tightly and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef slightly with two forks before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. This dish freezes well; consider making extra for future meals.
