Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 3/4 cups warm water
  • 56 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Olive oil for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Fold in roasted garlic and rosemary.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
  5. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  6. Shape the dough on a floured surface and let rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the Dutch oven, place the dough inside, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
