- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 5–6 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Olive oil for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Fold in roasted garlic and rosemary.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
- Shape the dough on a floured surface and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove the Dutch oven, place the dough inside, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
