Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups kale or spinach, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions
