- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Cook bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels and crumble.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream, mustard, and lemon juice; cook until thickened.
- Drizzle sauce over Brussels sprouts and top with bacon.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and bacon with a vegan alternative.
