Description

A creamy and comforting twist on classic Chicken Parmesan made effortlessly in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (penne or macaroni)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by dicing the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the crockpot, combine chicken, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  5. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir in heavy cream and cooked pasta.
  6. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes to enhance creaminess.
  7. Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
