Quick and easy roasted Brussels sprouts with crispy bacon and tangy blue cheese – a crowd-pleasing delight!
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 4–6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim ends of Brussels sprouts and cut in half; toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon until crispy; crumble.
- Once sprouts are done, top with bacon and blue cheese and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
