Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by gathering everything needed.
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Sauté the minced garlic in a skillet with melted butter until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring occasionally for about 4-5 minutes.
- Incorporate the shrimp into the mixture and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. If too thick, add reserved pasta water until the desired consistency is reached.
- Toss the drained spaghetti into the skillet and mix well.
- Season with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.
Notes
