Description

A delightful pasta bake featuring roasted cherry tomatoes, creamy sauce, and vibrant herbs—perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Toss tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper, then roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Combine pasta, tomatoes, cream, and half of the parmesan.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
