- 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Toss tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper, then roast for 20 minutes.
- Combine pasta, tomatoes, cream, and half of the parmesan.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
