- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Heat gently.
- Drizzle sauce over roasted Brussels sprouts and serve!
