Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until browned.
- Heat cream, mustard, and garlic in a saucepan until warm.
- Pour the sauce over the Brussels sprouts, mix gently, and serve warm.
