- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Muenster cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Chop the onion and bell pepper. Shred the cooked chicken if you haven’t already.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Muenster cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, cooked rice, chopped onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for that extra crunch.
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven. Bake until bubbly and golden on top (approximately 25-30 minutes).
