Quick and easy mini pies featuring creamy filling and ripe bananas, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into mini pie pans.
  2. Bake for 5-7 minutes; cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, adding powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer banana slices into cooled crusts and spoon cream mixture on top.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish and serve.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute plant-based cream cheese and whipped topping. These pies are best enjoyed cold.
