- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into mini pie pans.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes; cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, adding powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer banana slices into cooled crusts and spoon cream mixture on top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish and serve.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute plant-based cream cheese and whipped topping. These pies are best enjoyed cold.
