Ingredients

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  3. Stir in the butter beans and cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  4. Add the capers, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
