- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove their seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground meat, cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper generously with the filling mixture, packing it in tightly.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover them with foil. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden and the filling is bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
