Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils (green or brown)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot; sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add ground chicken; cook until browned.
