- 200g mushrooms (preferably button or cremini)
- 2–3 strips of bacon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Olive oil or butter, for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by cleaning and slicing mushrooms, chopping bacon, and mincing garlic.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil or butter, then cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant, then add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
- Reduce heat, pour in the heavy cream and let simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted and combined.
- Return crispy bacon to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
