- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes each side.
- Remove chicken; add mushrooms and garlic, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in cream; return chicken. Cover and cook until done, about 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt or whole milk. You can also use chicken breasts or tofu for alternatives.
