Description

A quick and easy creamy spaghetti dish featuring tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh dill, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and dill, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss spaghetti into the sauce and combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional dill.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and Parmesan with nutritional yeast.
