Description

A deliciously easy side dish packed with crunchy broccoli, sweet dried cranberries, and a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping the broccoli into small florets.
  2. In a large bowl, add the broccoli florets, shredded carrots, finely chopped red onion, and dried cranberries. Toss to mix.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. If desired, sprinkle sunflower seeds on top for added crunch.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
